Ref. 1183-320LE/40 — limited to 173 pieces celebrating 173 years of Ulysse Nardin’s marine chronometer heritage.  2019 marked 173 years since Ulysse Nardin’s founding in 1845, a tribute to the brand’s naval chronometer legacy and its ties to the U.S. Navy. 

The beautiful white dial features classic blued hands and inky black numerals, with the red “24” on the power reserve recalling markings on early marine chronometers — a signal to the crew that only one day of power remained before rewinding was critical.

As a true chronometer, it also carries an oversized small seconds sub-dial for precise, to-the-second reading — just as the Navy demanded.

Included is the watch on original blue canvas strap with Ulysse Nardin pin buckle, Ulysse Nardin warranty card dated 6/2019, and 2 extra Ulysse Nardin straps, with one on a Ulysse Nardin Deployant clasp.
